Our passion lies in crafting top-quality tortillas right in the heart of the rising sun, Japan.

Our journey begins with carefully sourced heirloom corn from local Mexican farmers. This corn is then brought to Japan, where we transform it into fresh nixtamal masa (corn dough) using the ancient process of nixtamalization.


Using a volcanic stone grinder, we expertly grind the masa and then press and cook it on a traditional comal (griddle), just like in the good old days. But here's the scoop: our tortillas are more than just a vessel for dishes or fillings.

Each tortilla holds the essence of the land it came from, the unique corn variety it embodies, and the proud traditions of the dedicated farmers who cultivate the art of corn growing, honoring our ancestors' wisdom.
