Collection: Masa
Welcome to our Masa Collection, your destination for authentic masa products in Japan!
Masa, a cherished staple in Mexican cuisine, is a type of dough made from specially treated corn, in our case, the heritage corn variety known as "Heirloom Corn" sourced from Mexico.
This traditional culinary treasure serves as the foundation for a multitude of delicious dishes, including tortillas, tamales, tlacoyos, guaraches, and much more.
Our commitment to using premium heirloom corn ensures an unparalleled flavor and texture that pays homage to centuries of culinary heritage.
Explore the versatility of masa with our range of products, crafted with care to bring the rich flavors of Mexico to your Japanese kitchen. Experience the essence of authentic stone ground masa – where history, culture, and taste seamlessly unite.
